How does it work? Once you’re ready to go, we will enter into a mutual building agreement that lets you formally know that our promise is binding and absolute. We do all the work and we will put together full construction plans to submit to the relevant Central Coast council. Every detail will be made abundantly clear to you so that you can sign the building contract with full confidence.

Once the necessary Hydraulic Engineering Designs, Structural Engineering Plans, Energy Efficient reports (BASIX), bushfire reports, acoustic reports, and landscaping reports have been approved, our building designers will meet with you at your convenience to discuss the initial interior design details. As the approval process may take some time, our designers will be on call to answer any questions you might have in the meantime. If demolition of an old property is required, we will secure any final paperwork, so you don’t have to stress about any of the fine details.
