These terms and conditions apply to all special offers, promotions, prices and discounts listed on this website, social media or on any printed New South Homes material.

  • All special offers, promotions and discounts are applicable to new clients only and must be redeemed at the initial payment of the first invoice.
  • All special offers, promotions and discounts are accurate at point of publishing, subject to availability and eligibility at the time of signing your final construction contract, and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • Only one promotional offer is redeemable per job number (including, but not limited to; houses, granny flats, extensions and additions, renovations, town houses, studios and other developments).
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offers.
  • All items listed on the promotional packages must be installed by New South Homes in or on the contracted project, are non-interchangeable, and cannot be used or installed for any existing dwellings or provided as stand-alone items.
  • All items and promotions are non-transferrable for cash and/or cannot be discounted from the final contracted value.

Additional Terms & Conditions for the ‘Rent Rescue’ Promotion
In conjunction with the terms and conditions listed above, the following also apply:
This offer is only available to owner-occupied Knock-Down Rebuild projects, on the exchange of a Building Contract with New South Homes (without alteration to Contract Conditions). Payments will be made monthly in arrears to the customer’s nominated bank account, or as agreed to between New South Homes and the customer. This offer is only payable and deemed to commence on the date of receipt of the Slab Stage progress payment. Payment will be made for a maximum of 6 months from the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed to by New South Homes and the client.

The offer will be deemed null and void, and payment will cease in the event of:

  • suspension of work, and/or
  • either New South Homes or the customer terminates the Building Contract, and/or
  • during any period of Dispute.

Where one or more of the above events occur, the customer agrees that all monies previously paid to them by New South Homes under the promotion are re-payable back to New South Homes.
New South Homes has the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer at its own discretion. New South Homes reserves the right to retract the offer at any time, and for any reason, prior to the exchange of a Building Contract with a new customer, where no written promise has been made to honour the promotion. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other New South Homes offers. Not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. Available on new deposits paid from 15/05/2021 to 31/09/2021.
